Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified - The ongoing disruption is the result of an infrastructure issue at our cloud hosting provider's datacenter, which began early this morning and has been traced to their storage systems.

Recovery is actively underway and continuing to progress. At this time, we expect services to be fully restored by tomorrow. This is an estimate and may adjust as the work continues.

We understand this has been a lengthy disruption and sincerely appreciate your patience. We'll share further updates as progress is made.

Investigating - We are receiving reports of a widespread outage across our PHX Datacenter and its VMs. We are currently investigating this issue and interfacing with the cloud provider to find the issue and get this resolved as quickly as possible. We will update this status as more information becomes available.
